Paul brings over 20 years of experience across Quality Management, Health & Safety, and operational compliance. He has spent much of his career in the manufacturing and retrofit sectors, developing extensive expertise in quality systems, process improvement, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety management.
Before founding Compliance Edge Ltd, Paul worked as Quality and Health & Safety Manager for a leading retrofit company, where he successfully implemented and managed internationally recognised management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
Paul is also a certified Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS), providing clients with practical guidance on their responsibilities under construction health and safety regulations. His experience across construction and retrofit environments enables him to support safe, compliant, and well-controlled project delivery from design through to construction stage.
With a hands-on and practical approach, Paul works closely with clients to develop systems and processes that are tailored, user-friendly, and built to deliver long-term value.
